Rava Modak

Ingredients

Grated Coconut Jaggery Semolina Ghee Cardamom Sugar Water

Combine coconut and jaggery in a pan.

Cook until you get a thick mixture. Add cardamom.

Let it cool and divide into balls.

Cook semolina / rava with water. Let it cool a bit.

Knead the cooked semolina until smooth and divide into balls.

Flatten each semolina ball  and place the coconut stuffing ball in the center.

Bring the edges together and seal it well.

Steam cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
