Semolina
Khoya
Ghee

Cardamom

Grind sugar & cardamom to a fine powder

Fry cashews in ghee and set aside.

In the same pan, add semolina &
roast it over a low flame for about 8-10 minutes or until it is light brown color.

Roast khoya for 4-5 minutes on a low flame and turn off the flame.

Combine the roasted khoya & roasted semolina in a mixing bowl.
Mix & let it cool down a bit.

Once it is warm, add powdered sugar and fried cashews

Mix & roll into round balls when it is still warm.
