Milkmaid Rava Laddu

Ingredients

Sooji / Semolina Condensed milk Desiccated Coconut Cardamom Ghee

Fry cashews & raisins until light brown color in ghee. Set them aside.

In the same pan, add rava and roast on a medium flame till  light golden color.

Add desiccated coconut & fry for few seconds.

Then add roasted nuts and cardamom powder and mix well.

Add condensed  milk & mix well.

Turn off heat and let it cool down a bit.

Turn off heat and let it cool down a bit.

When it is warm, roll into balls.
