Mawa Kulfi

A quick, traditional, sumptuous Indian frozen dessert

Ingredients

Milk Khoya / Mawa Cardamom Powder Nuts Sugar

Boil milk for 5 minutes

Add sugar, crumbled khoya / mawa and cardamom powder

Cook over a medium flame for 10-12 mins or until the milk mixture thickens.

Cool down for 10 mins and add nuts

Pour the cooled mixture into molds and insert popsicle sticks.

Freeze overnight to set
