Ingredients :Puffed Rice : 1 cup
Dry Mint Powder : ½ tsp
Peanuts : 1 tbsp
Cashews : 1 tbsp
Dried Red Chillies : 2
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Salt to taste
A pinch of turmeric powder
Oil : 2 tsp
Method :
Heat oil in a wide pan. Add and roast the peanuts to brown color. Now add the cashews and red chillies to it and fry for a minute. Add the puffed rice, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and mint powder. Mix very well and switch off the flame. Store in a airtight container and serve as a time pass snack.
