Ingredients :Roasted Bengal Gram : 1 cup
Onion : 1 medium sized
Tomato : 1 small sized
Lemon : 1
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Salt to taste
A big pinch of chat masala
Coriander Leaves : 2 sprigs
Method :
Onion : 1 medium sized

Method :
Peel and chop the onion into small pieces and set aside. Wash and cut the tomato into small pieces. In a wide bowl, combine the roasted gram, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped fresh coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and lemon juice. Mix well and serve as a snack.

Wow.. never knew we can make a dish of this kind. I usually used to make a similar one with deep fried moong dhall and deep fried bengal gram dhall and love it. So I guess I will like this a lot too 🙂
