Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Chopped Radish Leaves, tightly packed
- ¼ cup Sliced Onion
- ½ cup Besan / Chickpea Flour
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- ½ cup Water or as requiered
- ½ tsp Chopped Green Chillies or as needed
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (optional)
- A big pinch of Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the radish greens and set aside.
- Heat enough oil for deep frying the pakoras.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the radish leaves, onion, chillies, salt, cumin seeds, baking soda, chickpea flour and rice flour. Mix everything well.
- Add water little by little and make a thick batter.
- Take a spoonful of batter and gently drop it into the hot oil. Stir occasionally.
- Deep fry them until golden brown color.
- Remove the pakoras from oil and place them on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
