In the same pan, add and fry the chopped onions for 2 minutes. Finally add the grated coconut and stir for few seconds. Switch off the flame. When it cools down, add the fried groundnuts, tomatoes and grind into a smooth paste using little water. Heat two table spoons of oil in a vessel. Add and fry the ginger garlic paste for few minutes and add the onion & groundnuts masala, chopped drumsticks, turmeric and water to it. Cover with a lid and cook till oil separates. When it’s done, add the red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and little salt. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice and dollop of ghee.
