Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe for Sandwiches, Chaats and Snacks

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mint Leaves
- 2 cups Coriander Leaves
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 3 Green Chillies
- 3 – 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixie jar, add the mint, coriander, ginger, cumin powder, lemon juice, sugar and chillies and grind it to a smooth paste using little water.
- Transfer the chutney to a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
- This chutney can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
- Serve this chutney with samosa, pakoras, chaat, sandwiches or any snacks.
