Makki Ki Roti with Spicy Ivy Gourd Dal |
Ingredients :
- Fine Cornmeal / Makki Atta : 1 cup
- Wheat Flour for dusting
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method :
1. Combine the cornmeal and salt in a wide bowl.2. Add required boiling water to
make a soft dough. Mix well and cool.

4. Divide the dough into balls and set aside.
5. Roll out each dough ball into a circle, using wheat flour for
dusting.

around the edges, turn and fry the other side.
