~ Dry Mint Powder ~
1. Pluck the mint leaves from the bunches and wash well.
2. Drain the all excess water and place them on a plate or plastic sheet.
3. Dry the mint leaves under the hot sunshine until it becomes crisp and moisture free.~ Sun Dried Mint Leaves ~
4. 5 to 6 hours of hot sunlight is enough for drying them.
5. Crush the dried mint leaves into a powder and store in a airtight jar.
