Ingredients :Mango Pulp : 1 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar to taste ( I used 6 tablespoons )
Custard Powder : 4 tsp
Chopped Almonds
Method :
Dilute the custard powder in a little milk and set aside. Bring the remaining milk to boil. Add the sugar and allow it to melt. Add the diluted custard powder to the boiling milk. Stir continuously on low flame and cook till the custard thickens. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely. Blend the custard mixture and mango pulp together in a blender and pour this mixture into a plastic bowl. Cover and freeze for 4 hours. After 4 hours, remove from the freezer and blend it in a mixer and freeze it again. Repeat this procedure for 2 or 3times and then place it in the freezer to freeze completely. Garnish with the chopped almonds and serve chill.
