Hi Hari chandana garu….. kesar looks yummy….. is adding boiling water reason for nonsticky kesar? my rava kesar is always sticky and becomes hard 1hr after cooking.
Hari Chandana Ponnaluri says
Hello Neelima Garu, Thank you very much. Use right amount of water and ghee to make non sticky kesari. And the rava has to be cooked well otherwise it will become hard. Did you add the sugar to the uncooked rava?
Padmaja says
Can we use jaggery if yes when to add. Thanks
Hari Chandana Ponnaluri says
Yes.. When the rava is cooked completely, add 3/4th cup of jaggery. Thank you! 🙂
