Bread Kaja Recipe with step by step photos. Bread Kaja is a super quick and easy dessert or sweet snack that can be prepared in no time. It’s been my favorite since my schooling days. As far as I am concerned, this was my mom’s creation and then I named it “BREAD KAJA”. And now Surya loves it too more than Shahi Tukda, double ka meetha and any other bread based sweets and he can’t get enough of it 😉 .. There is lot of difference between shahi tukda and bread kaja. This kaja is crispier and doesn’t require rabdi. I’ve already made some Indian sweets with bread and posted in this blog. Here are few of them: Bread Rasmalai, Bread Halwa , Mango Rabri Tukda and Double Ka Meetha.
UPDATE: Months after posting this recipe, I now see the name “Bread Kaja” popping up in many blogs and youtube and it gives me immense pleasure.
