Easy and Quick Boondi Ka Raita Recipe:
Preparation & Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves: 2 persons
Ingredients:
Yogurt: 1 cup
Boondi (salty & spicy): 4 tbsp
Chat Masala: ½ to 1tsp
Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) : ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. In
a mixing bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth. Add little water if yogurt
is thick.
2. Add the boondi, chat masala, red chilli powder and salt and
combine well.
3. Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
