Ingredients :
Groundnuts / Peanuts : 1 cup
Grated Jaggery : ½ cup
Method :
1. Heat
a heavy
bottomed pan on a medium heat, slowly roast the peanuts to golden brown
color. Turn off the flame and let them cool completely.

2. Grind the roasted peanuts to a coarse powder.
3. Now add the powdered jaggery to it and pulse it again.
4. Transfer this mixture into a plate.
5. Shape into small round balls and store in a airtight container.

Very very new dear, never ever had peanut laddu, of course had the ones where proper peanuts are used, but never with ground peanuts 🙂

Made this today … I added some desiccated coconut for a few and sesame seeds for a few others.. Thank you for sharing this recipe… also I think I pulsed it for too long.. it was very shiny with the oil extract! anyways we loved it.. will try next time coarsely
