Easy Mango & Milk Dessert / Mango Shikran Recipe:
Preparation & Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serves: 3 – 4 persons
Chopped Mango : 2 cups
Milk : 1 cup, boiled and cooled
Sugar: 2 tsp or as needed
A pinch of cardamom powder
1. Wash, peel and chop the ripe mango into small cubes.
2. In a bowl, combine the mango pieces, milk, sugar and cardamom powder.
3. Mix very well and refrigerate it for some time. Serve it chilled as a dessert.
